Erin Arnold, PT, MPT, L.M.T.
Erin attended Saint Louis University and earned a BS in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology in 1999 and a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy in 2001. Prior to joining Hands on Physical Therapy in 2004, Erin specialized in geriatrics and was the Director of Rehabilitation for several Long Term Care facilities.

Erin first became interested in Myofascial Release through her own experiences as a patient and the profound changes she felt in her own body. She began training with John F. Barnes, PT in early 2004 and is now an Advanced Myofascial Therapist. She has also attended training with the Upledger Institute for Cranio-Sacral Therapy and will be attending training in Gynecological-Visceral Mobilization in March of 2010.

Erin is passionate about helping patients improve their awareness of their bodies, movement patterns, and pain. Through this awareness, her patients are able to learn to self-treat and take responsibility for their health and wellness.

Erin also attended A New Beginning School of Massage and received her Massage Therapy license in 2009. She enjoys being able to see clients on a wellness basis without the need for a physicians prescription after the acute needs of physical therapy treatment are met.
