Michael Rende and I went to Bangalore, India in February’09. We spent a month in The Art of Living International Ashram and had the privilege of sharing our practice of Myofascial Release ( MFR) with the International Visitors, local “Ashramites” and both Allopathic and Ayurvedic Physicians.
